Spokane Public Schools Facilities Services staff had been housed in temporary portable offices that were difficult for vendors and consultants to access. This project involved creating new space through an addition to and remodeling of a portion of an existing warehouse and shop building. A functional program with a phased schedule was developed to allow the existing building to operate throughout construction.
