MMEC designed this new 40,000 SF corporate headquarters for the software company Next IT. An important goal for the project was that the building fit the contextual framework of its business park location while establishing a unique identity for Next IT. The interior was intended to provide the flexibility to change team configurations based on the needs of each new project assignment. The resulting layout creates a fun, creative, flexible environment intended to attract and retain quality personnel.
