Southgate, Sunset View, Cascade & Lincoln Elementary Schools were combined to form the first GC/CM contract executed in the Tri-Cities involving Washington State CPARB and PRC processes. The scope of work involved remodels and additions at four identical elementary schools, completed in four consecutive years. Three schools were packaged in a single GC/CM contract to capitalize on economies of scale, obtain subcontractor continuity, and have better assurance of meeting critical schedule milestones.
