DEER PARK MIDDLE SCHOOL

This multi-phased project for a Middle School located in Deer Park, north of Spokane, consists of a ten-classroom addition for 6th grade and special education, a seven-classroom addition for 7th and 8th grade education, and new finishes in some of the existing building spaces. A large HVAC and electrical upgrade was included that not only supports the existing and new construction, but is also sized for future additions.

Because of perpetual development in the area, we are continuing to work with the Deer Park School District on long-range and bond planning for future improvements to the Middle School. Planning projects include a new gymnasium (second gym), new commons/cafeteria, larger administration space, a second music room, and an additional 6-8 classrooms.
