BENTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

MMEC initially created a new master plan for Benton County’s Justice Center campus in Kennewick that reconfigured existing parking, sidewalks, and landscaping to enhance site access and plan for future growth, including a new Administration Building.

The 41,500 SF Benton County Administration building accommodates the assessor, auditor, treasurer, human resources, and supporting administrative services. Natural landscape features shield campus entrances and form a “force protection” plaza that provides safety and security for the new Administration Building. We are currently working with the County on wayfinding  for the entire campus, as well as the design of a new Elections Center.
