The Junction is a mixed-use project located in Post Falls, Idaho. This project is the first building of a larger development that will ultimately include six multi-level mixed-use buildings along with small commercial buildings and traditional “walk-up” style apartments. The four-story wood framed structure sits on a two-level concrete podium which includes 15,000 SF of commercial space and a parking garage for 132 vehicles. The apartment building above includes 132 units of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. It also provides common amenities such as a patio with adjoined kitchen and lounge space on the top level, a commons space with kitchenette on the third level, an outdoor patio with barbecue stations, and a common gym space for tenants.
