Hargreaves Hall, an historic building in the heart of campus, required updating to provide a contemporary setting for classrooms, offices, special events, and surge space. A phased construction plan was developed to rehabilitate and restore the historic structure and add a new 20,500 SF classroom and office wing. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification and received an AIA Honor Award.
