One of Spokane's most established law firms, Witherspoon Kelley, hired MMEC to complete an evaluation and report of existing and future space needs. From this information, space plans were developed space plans for their current location in downtown Spokane, as well as other potential sites. After deciding to stay in their current location, an extensive construction phasing plan was implemented to transform the dated space into a modernized, contemporary 30,000 SF space. MMEC utilized several existing elements and added complimentary materials that reflect the firm’s solid reputation. A connecting internal stairway was added to improve communications.
